The Digital StoreFront is a customer owned and branded web site and transaction server that
manages print procurement.
It streamlines and automates print ordering and production processes. With Digital StoreFront, T/R Systems has developed
a customizable solution that allows print providers to leverage the Internet to increase their service to print customers,
while automating print center operations.

Increased customer reach and retention
Digital StoreFront provides a simple interface that allows print customers to submit native
files from their PC or network, view PDF proofs of their documents and select job specifications.
Once all customer and job information is entered, Digital StoreFront creates a job ticket and the file is
automatically submitted into the print provider's workflow.

Unmatched control and flexibility
Digital StoreFront is built based on the print provider's business rules, allowing the
print provider the ability to modify its storefront as needed. The ability for the print center to host its
own site ensures full control of all company and customer data, eliminates any dependence on third party hosts
and ensures the confidentiality of customer information. Since Digital StoreFront is not based on an Application
Service Provider (ASP) system, there are no hosting or transaction fees.
|
Improved efficiency and profitability
File conversions, quotes, PDF proofs, job tickets and invoices are all generated automatically,
without employee interaction. Files can be either routed to production devices without operator intervention, or held
for scheduling. Job and customer information are integrated from the web site to the job ticket, billing systems and
print servers. Device utilization is optimized through improved ability to view, manage and schedule print jobs,
increasing the capacity of existing equipment.
